Thrippadapuram Maha Vishnu Temple, Thiruvananthapuram

Lord Ananta Padmanabha Swamy was 18 miles long in length at the time He manifested Himself. Later on the request of His devotees, He reduced His length. In His original length, His feet extended upto Thrippadapuram and His head upto Thiruvallom. The name Thrippadapuram itself means the city where Lord Padmanabha's feet was situated. Almost all the devotees miss visiting this temple.
