Throat Pie Pizza Review -Hungry Howie's Pizza. When I go to a “chain“ type of pizzeria, I immediately think that it’s going to suck. Little Caesars, for example, is probably the worst Peter I’ve ever had in my life. But this little joint surprised me. I liked it. It wasn’t the best pizza I ever had in my life, but it was surprisingly pretty good.
