Connect with Your Truth: Balance Your Throat Chakra

We function best when the chakras are open and in balance. Each of the meditation practices in this series can help you open and balance the chakras individually so your energy system can move more efficiently as a whole. The ability to heal and balance the chakras takes time and with repeated practice has the potential for transformation.
