The Yaris Cross was Toyota’s top-selling model in Europe in 2024, with 204,787 units delivered — but the company isn’t resting on its laurels.
For 2025, Toyota has introduced a subtle update to its popular small SUV, including the launch of a new, sportier GR Sport version.
Designed to navigate the challenges of city driving with ease, the Yaris Cross is agile, compact, and safe. It is built on the versatile GA-B platform, which also supports Toyota's latest generation of small cars. This platform offers key advantages, including a low center of gravity and a highly rigid body, ensuring stability and a responsive driving experience.
The refreshed Yaris Cross GR SPORT stands out even more with its exclusive new Storm Grey bi-tone exterior color, perfectly complemented by the dynamic design of its new 18-inch matte alloy wheels, which enhance its motorsport-inspired looks. Inside, the modern and comfortable cabin features an exclusive embossed logo on the headrests, giving the interior a cleaner and more sophisticated feel.
The 2025 Yaris Cross lineup also introduces an all-new Forest Green exterior color, available in both elegant monotone and eye-catching bi-tone options, paired with a contrasting black roof for a bold, stylish look.
The 2025 Yaris Cross offers safer and more convenient driving with the latest Toyota T-Mate safety and driver assistance systems, including the most advanced Toyota Safety Sense features for added peace of mind. On the tech side, the vehicle delivers a fully digital user experience, featuring the latest Toyota Smart Connect multimedia system and a customizable 12.3-inch driver’s instrument display for seamless connectivity and ease of use.
The Toyota Yaris Cross GR Sport is offered with two hybrid engine options:
*Hybrid 115*: A 1.5L petrol engine (92 hp) paired with an 80 hp electric motor, delivering a total combined power of 116 hp and 141 Nm of maximum torque.
*Hybrid 130*: A 1.5L petrol engine (92 hp) paired with an 84 hp electric motor, producing a combined power output of 132 hp and 185 Nm of maximum torque.
The prices for the 2025 Toyota Yaris Cross GR Sport have not been revealed yet, but production is set to begin in May, with sales expected to start around June. Currently, the price for the standard Toyota Yaris Cross starts at €28,050 for the 1.5 Hybrid with 115 hp, while the 130 hp model is priced from €31,700.
