Franca Corda can't get enough of the bitter honey. She turns the dumplings filled with Peretta cheese, seadas, in it and uses it to bake niuleddi, biscuits served on special occasions. With her daughter-in-law Mattia, she is not always at one when it comes to deciding which of the two should knead the dough and which should do the lighter work. But all is well again at the latest when they have dinner together with the family. Then Franca serves Gallura soup, the typical dish of the region.
