1 chicken breast ๐
1 handful fresh spinach, finely chopped ๐ฟ
4-5 sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil, chopped ๐
100g Emmental cheese, grated ๐ง
Salt & pepper to taste ๐ง
Olive oil for greasing ๐ซ
