My non-negotiable spiritual practices!!!

Making your spiritual practice a non-negotiable is not only an act of devotion, it's an act of self-care. For me, spiritual practice, is like the first aid kit for the soul and it's the thing I do when things are going right because in the moments when things go 'wrong', it will hold me and heal me.

At the time of recording this meditation I have surpassed 1300 days of unbroken meditation and I can't describe how it has changed my life.
